For contractors
You do the work. We handle the government.
What being in the Watchline directory means, step by step.
The three steps
Apply to the directory
Tell us what you do, where you work, and how big your crew is. The application takes five minutes and costs nothing. Josh and Chris read every submission; approval is personal, not algorithmic. Vetted means licensed, insured, and able to deliver on schedule. The directory only works if every firm in it can.
We bid and win as prime
We watch state and local postings across eastern Massachusetts, including COMMBUYS and town procurement pages, for contracts under $250K that match the directory. When one fits your trade, we price it with you, write the bid, and submit as the prime contractor. You see the numbers before we commit your crew.
You deliver, we manage
You mobilize and do the work. We handle project management, municipal communication, compliance paperwork, and invoicing. The town pays us; we pay you. You never chase a municipal invoice.

Small public contracts are real revenue for a small firm, and they're the contracts large primes ignore. The directory covers the service trades municipalities actually buy: facilities maintenance, landscaping and grounds, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, environmental services, junk removal and site services, and other local services.
If you're chasing multi-year federal awards, we're not the right partner. If you want steady town and state work alongside your private jobs, apply.
